New Moms, Stroller Moms and Families, too — have we found a great place to get in shape and have fun! It’s a Hoot! Boot Camp and Personal Training here in Bellingham offers many levels of fitness fun for the whole family.
Current classes offered include:
Mommy Makeover Stroller Boot Camp - This session is a stroller bootcamp for moms & babies. All ages are welcome, as long as your baby will sit in a stroller. A jogging stroller with a foot/parking break is required for this class. Includes a pre and post boot camp fitness assessment.
Boot Camp for Women – This session is for women (16 and up) of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Our experienced trainers will tailor the class to meet your individual fitness goals. Expect a mix of cardio and strength. Includes a pre and post boot camp fitness assessment.
Kids Boot Camp (all ages) - This session will run concurrently with a Women’s Bootcamp session. Drop off your kids and take a class yourself!
Family Bootcamp – This session is for the whole family! Mom, Dad and kids of all ages welcome! Expect races, games, excitement and fun!
